2. Program Description
The Restaurant Booking Alerts program is an SMS notification service operated by Synaptrix LLC. When a guest submits a reservation through our restaurant booking system, a text message is sent to the restaurant manager containing the booking details (guest name, phone number, and reservation time). This service is designed exclusively for restaurant managers to receive real-time booking notifications. Guests do not receive text messages through this program.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on booking volume. One SMS notification is sent per new reservation received. The number of messages depends on the number of bookings submitted by guests.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any charges that may be incurred.
5. Opt-In
By registering as a restaurant manager on our booking platform, you consent to receive SMS booking notification messages from Synaptrix LLC. Your consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
6. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you receive messages. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive any booking notification messages. If you wish to re-subscribe, you may do so through the booking platform settings.

8. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Synaptrix LLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier or network provider.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. The information collected through our booking system (guest name, phone number, and booking time) is used solely to process reservations and deliver booking notifications. 10. Changes to Terms
Synaptrix LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
